Adding a Mailbox

This feature allows you to create a mailbox. You can also access this feature by selecting the Active Mailbox link located in the bottom right of any Dashboard screen.

To add a mailbox

1. Select the Configuration Dashboard, and then select the Settings option from the Configuration panel.
2. Select Communications from the Configuration panel.
3. Select New Mailbox from the toolbar. The Mailbox screen opens.
4. Enter the Mailbox Code and Description in the fields.
5. Select the Mailbox Type option.
6. Click the Active button to display YES. This option is disabled when the Drive In option is selected.
7. Click OK.
